Enables QuickBooks Application Developers to Add Award Winning Document Management Functionality Quickly and Easily Into Their Applications

ORLANDO, FL – November, 9 2009 – At the Sleeter Group Next Generation Accounting Solutions Conference, SmartVault™, a leading Software-as-a-Service provider of document management solutions designed for QuickBooks®, today announced a program targeted at Intuit Solutions Providers.

The SmartVault Solution Provider Program enables other Independent Software Developers, specifically developers of QuickBooks add-on applications, the ability to integrate SmartVault’s award winning document management solution into their application with minimal effort. Developers can plug into SmartVault’s Software-as-a-Service offering to make customer documents available from the SmartVault Toolbar in QuickBooks as well as anytime, anywhere access from the SmartVault Portal using only a web browser.

SmartVault is currently working with several application developers including Virtual Software™, a leading on-demand time tracking and expense reporting software provider. Virtual Software will be demonstrating their integrated solution this week at the Sleeter Conference in booth No. 834.
