Daniel Rabie is Chief Executive Officer at GetBusy. Daniel has over 10 years’ experience, is passionate about technology solutions changing the landscape of business and has a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful SaaS business.
Daniel started his career in corporate advisory before moving to senior positions in a start-up venture and a cloud technology company. Daniel became a Strategic Director of Reckon in 2010 and in 2015 was appointed as Reckon’s Chief Operating Officer leading the strategic direction of Reckon’s IT, Development, Marketing and HR shared service divisions across four countries.
During this time Daniel was managing the delivery of innovative online accounting, fintech and document management solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Sydney University.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Haworth is Chief Financial Officer at GetBusy, where he leads investor relations and all aspects of GetBusy’s financial operations. Most recently, Paul was the EMEA Finance Director at Dialight plc, the leading global industrial LED lighting specialist. There, he co-led the strategic outsourcing of Dialight’s UK manufacturing operations and the conversion of their EMEA business to a sales and distribution model.
Paul has also held senior financial roles with Consort Medical plc and LPA Group plc and before that he spent 9 years with Deloitte advising a range of listed and private technology and software clients.
Paul is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Astronomy from University College London.
Chief Technology Officer
Ben Oliver is Chief Technology Officer at GetBusy, where he is responsible for the design and delivery of current and future document management and collaboration products, platforms and strategies.
With 15 years experience in the commercial software industry, all of which have been dedicated to document management with Reckon, Ben has served in a variety of technical, leadership and business roles. Working mostly with our fantastic R&D teams on a daily basis, Ben continues to leverage his relationships and experience born from directly designing, supporting, consulting, implementing and building effective solutions for customers for over a decade across a vast array of industries and individual requirements.
Senior Vice President, Growth and Marketing
Dania Buchanan is Senior Vice President of Growth and Marketing at SmartVault, a GetBusy product. In her role, Dania is responsible for overall revenue growth, marketing, strategic partnerships and customer success.
Dania has more than 25 years of marketing experience in the technology sector, holding leadership positions in both small, venture-backed start-ups, and large, public companies. Most recently, Dania was President and CEO for ChatYat, Inc., providing instant messaging applications to mobile consumers. Prior to that, Dania was Vice President of Corporate Marketing for NetIQ, where she led various marketing groups and helped guide the company through several successful mergers and acquisitions.
Dania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi.
Director of Operations and Analytics
As Director of Operations and Analytics, Allie leads a growing team responsible for all of the technology, automation, analysis, and business processes that support the marketing, sales, and customer success organizations at SmartVault.
Allie has more than a decade of experience in the tech industry, and has been a member of the SmartVault team since it launched in beta in early 2008. Her background is in marketing, where she ran marketing programs and marketing operations for SmartVault for 9 years. In 2017, she helped to form SmartVault’s Ops & Analytics team, to support the growing global demand for automation across the business.
While working at SmartVault, Allie earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Sam Houston State University, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward’s University.
Director of Marketing
Abbie Deaver is the Director of Marketing at SmartVault. In her role, Abbie drives demand through highly targeted, integrated marketing programs and oversees customer success programs that add value to the SmartVault customer experience.
Abbie has over 8 years of marketing experience, with over 6 years leading marketing efforts for technology companies. Prior to joining SmartVault, Abbie built the marketing arm of SHR, a provider of technology for hotels & resorts. In that role, she oversaw corporate marketing and demand generation as well as the newly created digital marketing program for 10+ hotels across the United States.
Abbie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a current MBA candidate at the University of Houston.
Director of Sales
Ivyson Donnie is Director of Sales at SmartVault, a GetBusy product. In his role, Ivy is responsible for revenue growth in the Sales Acquisition and Sales Expansion teams as well as Channel Development.
Ivy has more than 15 years of Sales experience and a proven track record of growing and developing an “A” culture winning sales team. Most recently, Ivy was a Global Sales Manager at Cogent, a multinational tier 1 internet service provider consistently ranked as one of the top five networks in the world. Prior to that, Ivy served as the Senior Market Manager at Cbeyond, where he managed the top two producing markets and a multi-million dollar client portfolio.
Ivy has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from University of Houston, Houston Texas.
Robbert van Nielen
Robbert is the financial controller at SmartVault, a GetBusy product. In his role, Robbert is responsible for all accounting and reporting.
Moreover, he is also involved in creating a culture where the entire company is engaged and understand how their work impact the company’s (financial) success.
Robbert is a well-rounded financial with close to ten years of experience. This includes audit experience at PwC, commercial finance at Dun & Bradstreet, as well as acting country-CFO for a heavy lift and haul company.
Robbert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam Business School, the Netherlands.
Director of Customer Support and Services
Himanshu is the Director of Customer Support and Services at SmartVault. He leads both the support and services teams responsible for training our customers, and guiding them through any technical concerns that they may encounter while using SmartVault for their businesses.
Himanshu received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and is certified in CAN, A+, Network+, and Security+. Prior to working at SmartVault, he was employed with Symantec Corporation as their Support Engineer Team Coordinator.
Manager of Software Development
Manik is Manager of Software Development at SmartVault and is responsible for Research & Development.
Manik brings in over 13 years of experience building enterprise class software solutions, is passionate about building high performance cross functional teams that deliver successful software solutions to customers. Prior to SmartVault Manik was Technical Leader at Lightbulb Technology Partners, Inc. and held a variety technical positions.
Manik holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Pune, India.
