Daniel Rabie, GetBusy CEO

Daniel Rabie

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Rabie is Chief Executive Officer at GetBusy. Daniel has over 10 years’ experience, is passionate about technology solutions changing the landscape of business and has a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful SaaS business.

Daniel started his career in corporate advisory before moving to senior positions in a start-up venture and a cloud technology company. Daniel became a Strategic Director of Reckon in 2010 and in 2015 was appointed as Reckon’s Chief Operating Officer leading the strategic direction of Reckon’s IT, Development, Marketing and HR shared service divisions across four countries.

During this time Daniel was managing the delivery of innovative online accounting, fintech and document management solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers globally.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Sydney University.

Paul Haworth, GetBusy Chief Financial Officer

Paul Haworth is Chief Financial Officer at GetBusy, where he leads investor relations and all aspects of GetBusy’s financial operations. Most recently, Paul was the EMEA Finance Director at Dialight plc, the leading global industrial LED lighting specialist.  There, he co-led the strategic outsourcing of Dialight’s UK manufacturing operations and the conversion of their EMEA business to a sales and distribution model.

Paul has also held senior financial roles with Consort Medical plc and LPA Group plc and before that he spent 9 years with Deloitte advising a range of listed and private technology and software clients.

Paul is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Astronomy from University College London.

Ben Oliver is Chief Technology Officer at GetBusy, where he is responsible for the design and delivery of current and future document management and collaboration products, platforms and strategies.

With 15 years experience in the commercial software industry, all of which have been dedicated to document management with Reckon, Ben has served in a variety of technical, leadership and business roles. Working mostly with our fantastic R&D teams on a daily basis, Ben continues to leverage his relationships and experience born from directly designing, supporting, consulting, implementing and building effective solutions for customers for over a decade across a vast array of industries and individual requirements.

Dania Buchanan, SmartVault Sr VP of Growth and Marketing

Dania Buchanan is Head of SmartVault and has served in leadership roles since the company was founded in 2008. In her current role, Dania is responsible for the culture, vision and growth of the SmartVault business, which became part of the GetBusy family of products in 2017.

Dania has more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, building high performing teams across a wide range of channel and marketing strategies. She has worked in both small, venture-backed start-ups, and large, public companies. Prior to SmartVault Dania was President and CEO for ChatYat, Inc., a mobile start-up. And prior to that, Dania was Vice President of Corporate Marketing for NetIQ, where she helped guide the company through several successful mergers and acquisitions.

Dania is a wife and mother of two, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi.

Abbie Deaver, SmartVault Director of Marketing

Abbie Deaver currently serves as the Global Director of Marketing for SmartVault. Her team shares her passion for creating engaging content that aims to educate, inform, and delight resulting in enjoyable customer experiences at every turn. In her 10+ years working in marketing for technology companies, Abbie has learned her fair share about the importance of creating efficient processes with streamlined and scalable technology. She enjoys sharing the knowledge she has gained with the goal of helping other businesses on their journey to growth and scale.

Abbie holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ivyson Donnie, SmartVault Director of Sales

Ivyson Donnie is Director of Sales at SmartVault, a GetBusy product. In his role, Ivy is responsible for revenue growth in the Sales Acquisition and Sales Expansion teams as well as Channel Development.

Ivy has more than 15 years of Sales experience and a proven track record of growing and developing an “A” culture winning sales team. Most recently, Ivy was a Global Sales Manager at Cogent, a multinational tier 1 internet service provider consistently ranked as one of the top five networks in the world. Prior to that, Ivy served as the Senior Market Manager at Cbeyond, where he managed the top two producing markets and a multi-million dollar client portfolio.

Ivy has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.

Himanshu Pandya, SmartVault Director of Customer Support and Services

Himanshu Pandya

Director, Partner & Channel Enablement

Himanshu is the Director, Partner & Channel Enablement at SmartVault. He has led both the support and services teams responsible for training our customers, and guiding them through any technical concerns that they may encounter while using SmartVault for their businesses. He now is focused on improving the product for better user experience and helping develop channel partners.

Himanshu received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and is certified in CAN, A+, Network+, and Security+. Prior to working at SmartVault, he was employed with Symantec Corporation as their Support Engineer Team Coordinator.

Manik Rajendra, SmartVault Developer Manager

Manik is Manager of Software Development at SmartVault and is responsible for Research & Development.

Manik brings in over 13 years of experience building enterprise class software solutions, is passionate about building high performance cross functional teams that deliver successful software solutions to customers. Prior to SmartVault Manik was Technical Leader at Lightbulb Technology Partners, Inc. and held a variety technical positions.

Manik holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Pune, India.

Nicholas Tyson is the Director of Customer Success at SmartVault. He leads SmartVault’s three customer delivery groups; Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Success.

Nick brings over 7 years of experience in the SAAS industry from sales, project management, account management and customer success. His passion and goal is to delight customers with every interaction with his teams by delivering exceptional support and data driven conversations to help businesses get the most out of SmartVault. Prior to joining SmartVault, Nicholas helped build the first Customer Success division within AvidXchange a  Fintech company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nicholas received his Bachelor’s of General Studies degree at Lamar University, in Beaumont, Texas.

Daniel Fritz is the Director of Products at SmartVault. Daniel is in charge of driving strategic product decisions through customer interactions, cutting edge technology, and strategic partnerships.

Daniel brings more than 10 years of experience ranging from Sales and Marketing to Product Development across multiple industries in the technology space. Most recently, Daniel was Vice President of Products at Azalea Health, which is a rural focused SAAS electronic medical record that helps underserved healthcare providers improve patient care and profitability. Prior to Azalea Health, Daniel had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world as the Product Manager of symplr, a leader in health care compliance and credentialing. At symplr, Daniel was recognized with the companywide (J.E.D.I.) award.

Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree and Health Information technology certification from the University of Texas at Austin.
