SmartVault eSignature Subscription Reasonable Use Policy

SmartVault [Accounting Unlimited] includes an allowance of up to 300 sent envelopes or used KBAs per account user, per year. We will not prevent you from sending envelopes or using KBAs if you exceed our Reasonable Use Policy. However, SmartVault reserves the right to adjust the price of the plan – at the plan renewal – for consistent use over multiple months in excess of this limit.
