  • Support for Lacerte and ProSeries TY15
  • Client Organizer Distribution
    • Batch print client organizers to SmartVault
    • Use the SmartVault mail merge engine to send organizers to clients in bulk, using new email templates you can customize
  • Connected Desktop Enhancements
    • Send encrypted PDFs from the Connected Desktop
    • Annotate documents right from the Connected Desktop
    • Enter client issues from the Connected Desktop
    • Automatic locking and unlocking of open files (no manual check-in/check-out required)
    • Auto-refresh, so you instantly see when new files and clients are added
  • New Client Search in the Portal – simplified search in the SmartVault portal saves time
  • SmartVault PDF Printer
    • Print to SmartVault from any app and have documents automatically routed based on folder template rules
    • Print tax returns and reports from Lacerte and ProSeries to SmartVault with file names you can choose, for example “Amended Return”
