SmartVault Version 3.4 (March 2011)

On March 19, SmartVault released version 3.4, which includes the introduction of the SmartVault Solution Provider Program, and the release of the SmartVault Software Developers Kit (SDK) for application developers. This release demonstrates SmartVault's commitment to working with our partners to add significant value to their business solution or application offering. SmartVault version 3.4 includes support for:

• New! The SmartVault Solution Provider Program: The Solution Provider Program is designed for business consultants and VARs, who typically earn a percentage of their income from business consulting and/or sales or service of business management solutions to their clients. SmartVault Solution Providers will be trained on the SmartVault solution, and have access to a dedicated account manager who understands your business goals and will ensure the overall success of the partnership. In addition to earning a percentage of referred revenue on a recurring basis, members will also accrue Market Develop Funds (MDF) that can be used to further the joint business goals. • General Availability of the SmartVault SDK and Launch of the SmartVault Developer Program: The SmartVault Developer Program is designed to help application providers, technical consultants and code warriors easily integrate with SmartVault's award-winning document management service. Through its Software Developers Kit (SDK), developers will have the tools to seamlessly integrate document management and file sharing capabilities into their applications as well as build new applications on the SmartVault document management platform.
