The SmartVault Solution Provider Program

The Solution Provider Program is designed for business consultants and VARs, who typically earn a percentage of their income from business consulting and/or sales or service of business management solutions to their clients. SmartVault Solution Providers will be trained on the SmartVault solution, and have access to a dedicated account manager who understands your business goals and will ensure the overall success of the partnership. In addition to earning a percentage of referred revenue on a recurring basis, members will also accrue Market Develop Funds (MDF) that can be used to further the joint business goals.

If your business can benefit from offering a single solution for document management and secure file sharing, plus award winning application integration with QuickBooks, then the SmartVault Solution Provider Program is right for you.

What Do I Get for Joining the SmartVault Solution Provider Program?

As a member of the SmartVault Solution Provider program, you'll enjoy:

*If you are not a current SmartVault customer, you will receive six months free use of the SmartVault Professional plan. If you continue to meet the minimum revenue commitments, noted below, then your use of the Professional plan will continue to be free of charge. If you are an existing SmartVault customer on a paid plan, you will continue using and paying for your plan, and your Program Fee will be waived. If you meet the revenue commitments, noted below, in the first 6 months of joining the program, then going forward, you will receive free use of a Professional plan for the next 6 months.

What are the Requirements for Joining the Solution Provider Program?

We've structured the Solution Provider Program to appeal to partners looking for a deeper level of involvement with SmartVault to maximize the value of recommending and implementing the SmartVault service to clients. As a member of the SmartVault Solution Provider program, you will:

*If minimum revenue targets are not met for the previous six month period, SmartVault reserves the right to revoke marketing support including the accrual of MDF funds and account management. Additionally, credit will not be issued for continued free use of the SmartVault Professional plan, resulting in a monthly bill generated for plan usage.
