Our most successful resellers are full-service providers who host or resell software solutions, such as QuickBooks®, and are looking to sell, implement, and support SmartVault's document management solution for businesses and accountants. We recommend you join the Authorized Reseller Program if you have a thorough understanding of the SaaS business model and your infrastructure is designed to manage billing and support relationships with your customers.

What Can I Expect as a SmartVault Reseller?

As a Reseller, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship, including:

Selling SmartVault to your new and existing customers: Use our sales tools and take advantage of training to ensure your success.
Order management: Establish a process whereby customers can request the SmartVault solution directly from you.
Account activation: As an Authorized Reseller, you will open a SmartVault Reseller Account, which will be used to create and manage SmartVault customer accounts. SmartVault will provide support and training for account set-up and activation of customer accounts.
Billing/Collection: SmartVault's billing relationship is with you. You will be responsible for direct billing and collection activities with your customers.
Customer Support: You are responsible for Level 1 support relative to the installation and operability of the SmartVault service in your environment. SmartVault will provide an escalation resource to address problems outside the scope of Level 1 support.
