More Fun with Folder Templates for Accounting Firms…

I was just chatting with a CPA friend who was looking for some tips on storing internal corporate documents in SmartVault, like his firm’s Articles of Incorporation or office leasing agreement. After our chat, it occurred to me that since my last post on building client folder templates was such a hit, you guys might like to see some ideas for building out your own internal folder structure as well!

Obviously this is going to be really unique to your own business, so you’ll want to think carefully about your own needs, but here’s a template that’s similar to the folder structure that we use for our Internal Documents vault here at SmartVault headquarters. You’ll definitely want to put your own spin on it, but hopefully this is a helpful place to start!
